Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what an individual woman can do through the force and insight gained from growing up. She is an actor writer, health practitioner and author. She hosts a talk show and produces the show. It's no wonder she has earned her the title Perpetual Motion. Marilu's story is an example of her healthy approach. She believes that health will allow you to do whatever you want to do. It wasn't always the way. When she was in her teens she observed as her weight grew. She was always feeling sick and ate emotional. When she was in her 50's and both of her parents had lost their lives-her mother to problems with arthritis and her father due a fatal heart attack-she recognized that she required control over her own lifestyle. The focus was not on food regimens, but instead about discovering ways to maximize the function of our bodies. She is also a regular actress in the mockumentary Christopher Guest's movies. Coolidge was a graduate of The Groundlings of Los Angeles. The improv troupe and sketch group is well-known for its improvisations and sketches.
